I have lived in Mission Viejo Villas for 3 years, loved the staff, loved the apartment, but sadly I accepted a new position with work and could not justify the new drive from there. It is a stunning place, and it is a great place to call home.

The apartments look nice and clean but they really need to make the address numbers visible to anyone who is delivering to the residents. This is a factor because there are tenants who make their own address signs and place it out on their window. Do it for your tenants who want their packages and food delivered correctly and safely.

I absolutely love living at MV! Janet, Misty, & Kay are always so sweet & so helpful. They are very personable & friendly anytime I call or stop in the office. The maintenance men, Donald & Chris are always prompt to come look at anything I need repaired. They are efficient at getting things repaired ASAP. The community grounds are always well taken care of & clean. I absolutely love Christmas in MV because they put so much effort into decorating & making the community look so beautiful with all the lights. This is honestly the best apartment complex I’ve lived in since I moved to Indiana in 2012.

So far I really am enjoying living here. It is quiet, clean, and well maintained. I love my apartment- and my kitty cats are pretty happy too :)
