My mother booked this company for a electronic wheelchair for 2 days. They first booked the wrong date on the first day so my mother didn't have one for a whole day because of their mess up. Then on the day they were supposed to pick up they were late and we had somewhere to be. Because they were late they just wanted us to leave the chair as if someone wouldn't steal it and they wouldn't make us pay for it. Edit: For the wrong day booking when my mother noticed this she called this company and they told her they would take care of fixing the dates and that she did not need to contact the original service we used to book with them. She was told this by Carlos.

The people here are amazing! I called to rent a wheelchair for my mother, the price was a lot less than anticipated, and the woman I spoke with was so very helpful. The delivery was exactly when I was told it would be, carefully placed at the front door, a picture sent by text, and a phone call letting me know it was there! I ended up calling to request to keep it a few more days, and they were amazingly accommodating! I cannot recommend this place any higher- they made my mother's trip to see her granddaughter so much more comfortable! Thank you to ALL of you!
