I would have given more stars however when I received my final charges. Well lets just say they are out to make money. I would not recommend leasing a Greystar property. I reached out to Estela and Jeremy to ask about these ridiculous charges and they don't want to give me the time of day now that I don't live there/ Oh! and my apartment was entered in when I was out of town and the door was not closed once they opened and left opened for days. I lived there by myself and for the little over 2 years. Charging me 404.25 for painting that is not the worst it is the 296.70 for utilities. My monthly utilities were no more that 70.00. Oh! and the den did not have internet/TV capablity I paid to have that put in so I could work. No compensation for that expense on the final bill.......

I sat at the pool with my friend yesterday. When we arrived security at 2pm security had let people begin to reserve chairs at the pool by going in the morning around 9 and laying g out towels. When we got there more than half the chairs were toweled and no one had come to claim them. On a holiday weekend on 4th of July. I believe you have to be a selfish type of person to hold chairs for your friends and family when a community of 4000 use the pool. I hope they change it to first come and not allow people to continue to save seats for people that might never even show up. We got verbally assaulted by a tenants who were so incredibly rude and aggressive I no longer feel safe at the pool.

There is a BIG trash problem here. The unnecessary "Valet Trash" pickup allows them to charge an extra $46/mo. on top of the trash fee added to your bill. You cannot OPT OUT. For a 5 STAR building, seeing people's trash outside of their apartment makes the place look like a giant dumpster area. Some people do not bother tying up their trash so it stays there all day and stinks up the place. The Valet people often miss the pick up so the trash sits there until the next day or so. Also, people are allowed to play loud music from 11 pm-5 am waking up the neighbors around them. The walls are TOO THIN so it's hit or miss on who your neighbors will be.

I moved to Neptune Marina a few months ago, and I am so happy with how clean, modern, and quiet my apartment is. I feel so relaxed and happy every day I wake up to my amazing view. I feel like I live at a fancy hotel. Living in LA, the weather has been great to still use pool & hot tub, and the gym has all new equipment and feels so private that I cancelled my gym membership. In addition to the amazing views & amenities, the entire staff has been amazing since day one. They made my move-in a breeze, and every time I have a question, I just swing by the office and they are always happy to help me with anything. Compared to my last apartment complex, the staff and my neighbors I have met are super friendly, which is refreshing. This place is just so beautiful, and I feel like a live a resort every day. I am so happy I made the move to Neptune...and only wish I did it sooner.
