Would give zero stars if I could... I went to this place after a fun night, got some chik fil a and then headed to Marina Caregivers. We chose this place cause of the reviews but regret it. The bud was bad also they sold us a defective cart. We called and left a voicemail but no one returned my call. This was a week ago. So weak customer service.

Offering a “good deal” for an exchange when we already spent our money simply is not good enough. It’ll actually be cheaper for us to pay full price down the street rather than commute to this location for whatever deal was being offered. Whether this policy is company or law based does not matter, train your employees better. Do better. This could’ve been completely avoided if we would’ve been educated or AT LEAST asked exactly what kind of effects we were looking for.

Helpful staff with positive vibes. Neil hooked up my service experience and even had a fun product recommendation. We were eligible for some first time customer deals which also made the experience a treat. If you haven't checked out marina caregivers it's worth a visit.
