Not sure how they are still in business. Given them 3 chances in the last month. Food was wrong every time. Don’t try the lobby you will wait for 15-20 minutes before they will even say hello or otherwise acknowledge that you are there. Try the one downtown it seems to be a little better.

Authors Note: This was written after COVID restrictions had been lifted. I typically find myself getting drive-through here after normal business hours. This location offers 24 hour service but has implemented a new "double the cost policy" for late night orders. So if you want food after 11 PM expect it to cost you an arm and a leg. The staff is usually friendly and the food is up to normal fast food standards.

Excellent breakfast fast and polite staff always trying to help you spend less in drive thru excellent staff and managers great hot breakfast always more food than other fast foods

I would do no stars if it were possible. Took way to long for the food to go to begin with. Burger was good the big ham was good. For as long as I waited I should have had nice crispy fry’s. Those went right in the garbage soggy nasty I know some people like them like that but if there not crispy there not for me. I got two burritos I asked can I get a burrito with just beef rice and cheese she said yeah no problem we’ll I get to my hotel and there is beans and salsa looks like sour cream what the you know what. They had one job make food to order. And you guys want hire wages what a joke
