I really needed my yorkie terrier groomed because of extreme matting. My baby is aggressive , but I got her put on meds before her scheduled appointment so that she could be sedated. 3 days before her appointment I tried calling and texting the groomer to confirm her appointment. I never heard anything back. On the day of her appointment I tried to reach out again and never heard anything back. I believe it is extremely unprofessional to say you would help me and we can work together to take care of my pet’s grooming needs but not respond back. If you no longer wanted to tackle the task a simple I’m sorry I don’t feel comfortable or do not have the time to groom your pet would have been the noble thing to do.

🚨🚨🚨 *alert alert* Even though I canceled twice for a grooming session, they were kind and courteous enough to work with me and my dog. Nobody will treat your animal better, or have the customer service to make you feel like family, then they will at Super Starr Pets!!!!!
