beware "Free Carpet Installation"! It is simply a mechanism to inflate the cost of carpet padding to 4 or 5 times what it should be in order to not actually charge for the labor. The quote showed padding costing much more than the carpet!! You have to pay the $35 measurement fee and waste a lot of time to learn this fact. I give 2 stars instead of 1 for this corporation because there are some devoted and hard-working people working there who counter-act the 'yuck' of dealing with a manipulative corporate entity.

Great helping staff. The guys who bring out the appliances to your car don't want to take a cash tip...which I think is silly. I know they aren't SUPPOSED to take tips...but when someone INSISTS just smile and say thanks. 🙂

Some Lowes have installed the outward blowing fans above the doors to deter insects and birds from flying in. I don't believe the Lowes on Southside have these though.

Try all of the local Lowe's to find the deal you may be looking for. Each one have different pricing.
Did not see them when I was there
You may find prepackaged kerosene but it is very expensive. The smoke shop over by the Brookport bridge sells kerosene at a pump so take your kerosene container. Its around 3 dollars a gallon.
