The experience was shorter than other places I’ve been to purchase a vehicle. Adam gave us all the information we needed to make an informed decision and that’s what we did. Customer service is non-existent. Was inquiring about a trade-in and to check out their stock. Was told no because I didn't have the title in hand. But they explained in detail how to get one and how they don't trade cars with a lien on it. The GM Adam was the one that refused us service to even look at cars.

The original guy I worked with was very nice but it had been his last few days. He set me up with a nice car, however, it did not have the title in yet and I had to wait. Come back next week to check other things and they say that the guy had put me down for a different car that had been cheaper. Now the car that I wanted suddenly has the title but now its $4000 more. Feeling very ripped off.
