Very nice independent local owned store. The lady working there is very nice and very helpful. I needed a bulb for my hallway light. My hallway light is old. So they don't make the style bulb I have anymore. So she was able to match it up the best she could. I'm very happy that I went there today. I also have to give some credit to the guy working the cash register at Hoyt's Ace Hardware for recommending this store.

This is a great store. I recently needed a special battery for the solar panel for my water fountain and they were able to make one for me and it works great. They have batteries for phones and tablets. Great customer service. I highly recommend this store.

Prius battery was dead this morning and although I tried to charge it all day, it stayed dead. Quickly found that batteries plus had the size and type I needed on their website and I called this location. Phone call was quickly answered by Joanne (apologies if spelled wrong) who was happy to confirm size, price, and that it was in stock. Placed an order for pickup and walked in later that day and Joanne took my old junk core and gave me the new one. First time here so I was curious about their products and she was very knowledgeable and thorough. Answered all my questions even though I already had what I came in for. Will definitely be coming here for all my car battery needs and more!

I was just so very overall impressed with them! The service was GREAT! The store stocks all types of things! I loved just walking around. But the reason I came in was to get my battery replaced in my iPhone 6S. They handled it in record time! I was shocked at how fast it took. The customer service was some of the best!! I'm sure I'll be a regular customer. I originally started to go to BestBuy but after my experience at Batteries Plus, I will always want to go there first!
