Very poor management. The manager will make up his own return policy and not honor the corporate policy.I spoke to a lady when I was not sure what color to get, and she said even if it doesn’t work out bring the empty box back and I’ll exchange it for you ( which is the love it or return it policy) so I went back and the manager said no it had to have some product left inside(how is that possible when you need to use the whole 2 ounce tube to dye your hair???)Anyways not an honest Manager choose another Sally store instead that will honor their policy

Doing an at home dye job to my hair and I had no clue what to purchase. I went to talk to the cashier lady and she took the time to understand what I wanted and quickly suggested me the items what I needed. I was in and out the store in less than ten minutes. She knew exactly where everything was and very professional. I only wish I could give her name to hopefully Sally’s management give her some type of “good job”. I will for sure recommend this location for other needs to friends.

This store never has items in stock. Its quite frustrating when you can't count on your local Sally's to get the products you need! Fix this issue! Customer service is good here...i always have the girls ask me, if i need help...so that's a plus.
