Some at this company have been helpful and some have been utterly rude. Be careful, they bill under a false company name. This caused a huge problem that I was told was taken care of. They owe me 200.00 and said they refunded it, but my bank told me it was never received. When my husband tried to take care of the problem, he was treated extremely rudely and was hung up on. I’m now out 200.00. Not professional at all. They didn’t explain the process of getting your card correctly. I had to ask for help because I was told I would receive an email with instructions and I did not. At least Ivy was helpful and I was thankful for that. That is the only reason I gave them one star. I will seek out a new provider and let people know how unprofessional this company is.

Green docs was very prompt when responding to any concern or issues that I had! It was a pleasant experience and I recommend using them! They made the process super simple and quick, I appreciate the service they provided and will be returning yearly for recertification! They even gave me military discount without having to ask.

What a blessing to have this option. I'm in Illinois and it can be tricky to navigate our system as well as expensive. You guys are CLEARLY customer oriented. Web site was easy to use. This was a very relaxed and personable experience. I was worried I was going to get judged and asked all these questions about my diagnosis. But all I had to do was bring and show my documents and go over a little about side effects cannabis may have on me. And it was super quick and easy. I was even early to my appointment and was in and out before my actual appointment time. Highly recommend Green Doc to anyone looking to get their medical card!!!!

Yes. It is expensive. 350 dollars. Total. 250 hundred bucks for the green doctors fee. Then 100 bucks for the medical license. It does cost a lot . But just a once a year fee for the renewal of your license. Same price. But it also gives me piece of mind when I drive home an the police pull me over that i won't get arrested. Haha! Maybe 😁
I can assure you its not; In regards to becoming a legal cannabis patient you would need to provide proof of your qualifying your medical condition. Proof would be medical records from your provider showing what you were diagnosed with and suffer from. You must also be an MO resident with a valid state ID or driver's license. The cost for the evaluation is $250 for the initial visit or $200 if you're a veteran. That is paid by cash,credit or debit at the time of your appointment. You will get a ONE years certification which allows you to legally shop at the dispensaries in Missouri once they open in early 2020.
Definitely call and set an appointment. I went there and they are GREAT!
