I had called, text, emailed several other competitors that distribute ViWinTech Windows. I kept getting the runaround on a replacement window. I had anticipated paying full price for a new window, as one in my house was faulty. No one could/would help. I first reached out to a few places as they were close to my house. Once the first few that I contacted didn't help, I figured I would try somewhere a little further away to see if they could help. That's when I found Wholesale Siding Depot in St. Louis. I dealt with Mike Krisanic. Within one hour, he had a replacement window on order and told me that it was covered under the manufacturer's warranty. He even explained to me how to remove the old sash and install the new one. Hats off to this guy and this company. The true definition of what customer service is!

On May 5, 2016 I order a sliding door with blinds. Myself and a rep from another window company talk with WSD rep for about 30 minutes about our options with doors. After speaking with my wife. We decided on a sidling door with blinds. We made mention of this product a Dozen times. Even reconfirmed this with the rep. He said ok and took off the other door that we was going to get for the door with the blinds. I have the paperwork where he scratch out the old one. Fast forward. Three weeks later. My door comes in and it's not with blinds. Rep tells me we ordered you the style of the blinds without out the blinds. I pleaded with them for two days about exchanging or us paying the difference, because they made a mix up and don't want to own up to it. I'm hurt that they would do business that way. I came in to there store as a willing paying customer with a request left feeling like a got took for cash and they give me what they wanted me to have! This is the employee of the company fault and I shouldn't have to pay for his mistake in my home!
