Everything was very delicious and loaded with toppings and cheese. I got a free small pizza for my birthday and used 2 of their deals. We fed 4 adults and 2 kids for around $70 and had leftovers.

Customer service at this location is great! I needed an itemized receipt almost a month after I placed my order and they were able to give it to me. Pizza was great, too!!

Placed a delivery order. Added a $5 tip to the total, sightly more than 20%. Wrote in the comment to delivery person I would need change for $30 (would have been a dollar and some change). When pizza arrived handed delivery guy a twenty and a ten; he asked if he was good to go, and i told him I needed change. He seemed confused and I told him i had included his tip during the online order. He seemed surprised and said people dont normally do that. He said he only had a five. I told him i had put a message that i would need change. He said he saw my message about needing change, but didnt know what it meant. Asked for my money back and returned the pizza to him. Have never tried delivery with Imos before, but i guess i’ll stick with my usual pizza place.

Previously a loyal 20 year plus customer. Much longer wait than advised (40 minutes vs 15-20). Pizza made incorrectly. Staff was more interested in watching the Olympic gymnastics trials than helping out. Manager seemed annoyed and did not apologize. Assuming she was having a bad day. Not sure I will go back again.
