The Suburban water heater tank failed in our new Grand Design Solitude 5th wheel. I contacted Weekender RV Service and they had technicians at our location in about 3 hours. They bypassed the water heater so we would have water. They had to order a new water heater so it took 7 days for them to return and install it. The quick initial response and Professional attitudes of the staff would make me call them again if service is needed.

It had been some time since I had owned an RV. My purchase had a few what I was hoping were small things that needed to be analyzed and/or fixed. Weekender was able to schedule a convenient time, important since I have a 3-hour drive to get there, arrived on time and resolved all my problems. They even threw in an extra “how to” demonstration for me, which was much appreciated. Weekender RV was very helpful and the pricing was reasonable. I will definitely contact them again for any other RV items that need to be addressed.
