What is there to say about Gilberts. For one the food is pretty dang good. Its worth every penny. I got there very often because of the food. Waiting staff is amazing. Yes they have staffing shortages but who doesn't now a days. Give them a chance. Trust me you will like it.

Steak had alot of fat. Find that strange for a sirloin. Potato salad had too much vinegar.

service was great or waitress was awesome. The food was good but it wasn't spectacular. they had really good fortunes though

Going by your Hours posted on website which says you are open Tuesday 11am- 8pm and twice now you have been closed. Please update your hours and it would be nice if posed at restaurant as well.
