I haven't seen a motel room that required an actual key in more than fifteen years. Pool looked inviting but was locked and we were not allowed to use it. No coffee makers in either of the rooms we reserved, though advertised as such. I tossed all of the decorative pillow off the bed only to realized those were the pillows. Black sheets? Not the worst room I've stayed in.

Clean rooms but the 2 men who own/run it now are bizzare and I caught them out the corner of my eye looking into the window when I came out of the shower it was a tiny crack in the curtian. Then because I was weary I was peeking out with lights off and they went around and looked into the windows of cars of the people and my car

I met the new owner and had a great conversation. Nice guy and has great intentions for the property. I had a great stay; rooms were clean and recently remodeled. I got into the room and the place was cool and the A/C was already on. This is great because I've experienced the exact opposite my last few trips. The only thing I would have differently is a larger shower and the showerhead needs to be taller than 5 foot. A very close 5 Star experience.
