I bought a disposable cartridge and when I opened it it was completely empty. When I tried going back to get a new one they told me there’s nothing they can do since I didn’t record myself opening it!(even though there no signs and noone told me that) I’m highly dissatisfied that I was literally robbed of 40 dollars.

Rise is hands down the absolute best dispensary, And it has most definitely become the only dispensary I will ever visit. Uplifting Vibes and personalities are a huge incentive to the service that has never let me down yet. I mean, come on folks! Whatever trumps over being neighbors with Rise? Absolutely nothing at all 😍😍😍

I placed my order online, and received the text that my online order was ready for pickup. But when I arrived, they were selling part of my order to another customer (one of their friends) and told me it was sold out. Then they removed my reservation from the system, so that I couldn't even leave a review on the website. Now, I understand why my peers won't shop here.
