I can't believe this place is in business. Furthermore, I can't believe Helms and Hill have been granted a contract with the Los Angeles Sheriff department for their impounds. This review is from a retired Lieutenant from LASD, and as sure as I'm sitting here, the department will be notified how the tow company employees treat law enforcement. This issue that I have with this tow company, will no doubt end up in a courthouse, and their chances of losing the contract with the Sheriff's department, is also a given. Fraud, deception and unprofessional business practices, are all crimes. David and Diana, you people have a lot of explaining to do to a Judge. Good luck.

I was eating lunch, minding my own business. Then someone runs inside telling me that the AAA tow truck driver hit my car. I go out and he definitely hit my parked car… The owner David Gonzalez refuses to pay or send me his insurance information. It has been 3 weeks now. I will contact AAA and the various Police Departments they tow for and let them know what kind of people they are… Worst experience of a business owner, I have ever dealt with… Maybe he is poor and can’t pay? Who knows…

Very helpful and reasonable service. My trucks battery went down at my storage unit and the service guys were right on top of things! Very little wait time. I forgot the 2 gentleman's names, but they were extremely professional. I hope I don't need them again, but good to know they are available if I do.

My van broke down and I called them after I called a few other places that where not open 24/7. They arrived 10 min later. The driver was very friendly and professional. I thought that they where very reasonable in there prices. And best of all I felt better getting my vehicle home instead of leaving it on the streets since I had all my tools in it for my work. I would recommend them because they are open 24/7 and prompt.
