Food is good but they refuse to answer the phone. Called over and over my whole 30 minute drive there, just to have to order and wait when I got there. So while I stood for 15 minutes waiting on my food, I kept calling. You can CLEARLY hear the phone ringing from the door, they just ignore it. I know you want us to do everything via the app, but I was driving.

Pizza was fine, but had to wait 15 minutes for Hot-N-Ready pizzas. Also did not know how to do tax exempt.

I was unhappy how long it took for me to get my food. I ordered it through the portal app and waited almost 45 minutes an then the guy asked me what was I waiting for. I told him and he just grabbed pizzas out of heat box. Some was black burnt on top. I asked lady for something better and was ignored an then asked guy he fixed it. Contacted customer service about it. They apologized and said they send out free coupons for pizzas. That was over a month ago. I never got them. Very disappointed 😞☹️

Eat here at your own risk. The last two times I have ordered from Little Caesars in Troy, I have gotten violently ill (food poisoning symptoms). First time was around Thanksgiving of 2021.. Thought maybe it was a stomach flu that was going around at that time, so I gave the place the benefit of the doubt and ordered from there again yesterday 2/13/22 and got the same symptoms as the previous visit. The place is staffed by younger individuals who probably haven’t been trained properly on, or just don’t care about food safety. Better off going to Walmart and getting a DiGiorno.
