Whether you are out wine tasting, or simply enjoying a ride down highway 94, Defiance Roadhouse is always a great stop. The bartenders are awesome, the food is actually great, and the locals are friendly and welcoming. On Saturdays and Sundays, they will usually have a good live band, and sometimes a discount on drinks. If you get there before 5-ish, you should be able to find a decent parking spot, and a table before it starts to get packed. Stick around after the band is done, and play music from the Jukebox until the later hours of the evening. It's a lot of fun!

We stopped for lunch after riding the Katy Trail all morning and enjoyed cold beer, good food and wonderful service. We ordered the Ruben and Grilled Chicken with tots. The Ruben was really good and the chicken was really nice. Evelyn provided us with great service and we will definitely stop in again when we visit the area.

I recommend the BBQ Nachos with pulled pork. My husband and daughter loved the burger. Big portions and friendly fast service. Sitting outside is a must.

Cook did not seem thrilled with 4 of us walking in, but he put out a darn good round of chicken fried steaks x4, biscuits and gravy x2, and french toast! Out Waitress was fantastic, very thoughtful, and quite funny! She kept our coffee coming, offered water's (much needed) and told us to come back later and dance. Great breakfast spot and we will be back!
