I'm 41 years old, and have some very worrisome health concerns. I have not been able to find decent health care, especially female health care, in the area I live in. I did my research and was so happy when I found Anaya women's group. They seemed like a very highly recommended, respected group of doctors. However the staff refused to make an appointment for me. I tried to make an appointment online, at first. A day later received an email stating the day my appt was made, was no longer available..end of email. Ok..? No problem. I tried calling, no answer, three different times of the day. I finally emailed back and asked if there was a date that WOULD be available...no response for a week. No one answered the phone any time i called, still. Emailed the question (when can you reschedule me for?)again and 2days later they replied "we don't have one until July, end of the month"...ok...(this was back in late april). So I said that would be ok since I was really hoping to see this doctor. When I asked what day and time they never responded to me. The absolute disregard for customer service was jarring. I had to laugh. Only a place like this, with the worst customer service ever, would be so highly regarded in this area of California. If they were located anywhere else, Im sure they would have been held accountable for treating customers like that by now. So frustrating and sad.

I just have to say I finally went to Dr Hollingsworth- Moore and I’m so glad I did. I had my first appointment with her today. I left my previous obgyn because I didn’t feel heard or seen. I just have to say Dr. Hollingsworth- Moore has the best staff and they are kind and patient and made me feel so welcome here. I’m trying to conceive and had concerns. She listened to me and gave me her advice. She’s kind and compassionate. I know I’m in good hands here and I can’t wait to see where my journey goes with Dr Hollingsworth- Moore and her team. I highly recommend going here if you want the best care.

The best O.B. EVER!! Dr. Hollingsworth- Moore is so kind and informative. She takes all of the anxiety of a first time pregnancy away. I know I’m trusting the right person with my prenatal care.

This is a wonderful office! The front desk was very attentive to my needs before coming in the office. The nurse was thorough with her history intake and vitals. The tables do move height wise and the back can recline or be straight up depending upon your comfort level. Dr. Hollingsworth-Moore is a true gem. She takes her time getting to know patients so that she can better assist them. If you are looking for a quick appointment this is not your doctor. If you are looking for a doctor that truly listens and gives you her honest opinion and recommendations '- you have come to the right place. I'm so glad I found this office!
