This is an exceptional hotel for the price,and it’s far out of the crime ridden area called St.Louis! This is our 2nd time staying here in a matter of months, and every-time we are greeted with friendly service. We usually book the king room and for the price they hit the home-runs where it counts. The bed is comfortable and has ample pillows. The showers/ bathrooms are on the smaller side, however the shower head has amazing water pressure and is extremely clean along with the toilet! They give you enough towels to cover your stay, the rooms are exceptionally cleaned, and of course the service couldn’t be better! Little too no sound at night for a good nights sleep. For this price and the service we will be booking here when we are going through the St.Louis area.

I would NOT recommend this hotel. There was a horrible moldy smell in the room (105) so bad that it kept me awake most the night. The shower sprayed in every direction except for where I stood in the shower and the room was not very aesthetically pleasing to look at. A lot of poor caulking and paint job. The coffee was the best part of the stay.

Was so upset to get home and see they charged me 250 dollars for getting blood on the sheets. Accidentally cut myself and didn't realize it and got blood on the sheets. I know they could remove it and they bleach the sheets so much it would have cleaned it times 10. I stayed for 4 nights and will never stay at a Baymont hotel again due to this. Called and tried to talk to the manager to find out about the charges and she told me to call back at 4:30. When I called back was told the manager left . So she passed the buck to someone else. I am shocked by this behavior. As a woman we can have accidents on our periods and other things like when we shave our legs. I have this happen at other hotels and have never been charged. This particular hotel needs new management or owners who ever thinks it's ok at treat people like this is outrageous.

The room was fairly clean aside from one random hand towel that had stains on it and an unexpected bug visitor that crawled up the wall between the beds shortly after we arrived in the room. We're not sure what kind of bug it was, just that it was brown and that once my husband killed it, we didn't see any more signs of bugs after checking over the room. So it could have been a random thing.
