Jul 16 2022. Inhave now been told 3 times the phones at this location do not work... why is this? Or is the employees just taking the phone odd the hook so they do t have to deal with people calling?. As far as service... no waiting. I did t order my normal cause that gets screwed up. So I asked just for a cup of what is put on the sandwich.. they did give me a small dollop for three sandwiches

I will never come here again! My wife ordered food and we didn’t get all of it! So I went back at 8:07 pm which they closed at 8pm… I knocked on window and the girl said I couldn’t get my mashed potatoes or slaw cause they was closed….. most rude and unprofessional place I’ve ever seen! Then I asked for a refund and told me to come back the next day! Never in a million years will I go back there!

Ordered 45 minutes ahead of time. Now have been in line for our order for another 45 minutes. Door is locked, they don't answer the phone. When I went through the drive through 45 minutes ago, the girl said "it will be a minute". Have to wonder if there is an adult in the place. This is KFC on Pearce Boulevard in Wentzville, MO.

Eating utensils are a joke. No knives to cut your biscuits in half. No working forks to eat with. No jelly. Honey is not jelly. I had to beg for napkins and anything else I get. This quality of this place just keeps declining. I rarely go here, but when I do, it is always a disappointment.
