i visit this store frequent because i live in area.today as i walked in the store 3 customers were in store being serviced and i heard one worker tell the other these strawberry extremes are watery as she poured them for the customers in front of me. she then attempted to pour me one out of the same blender and i refused the smoothie stating it was too watery.. The worker attempted to pour the same smoothie back in blender and add ice…i asked for a brand new smoothie the worker then stated i am not making anything over u can get a refund. she began to scream and come around the counter as if she is going to fight me calling vulgar language. There is never any supervision in store the gentleman are usually under influence of marijuana for the store to be located in this area it is not acceptable behavior.

Every time I order online, it’s never ready. I ordered my smoothie and the receipt said ready at 2:15, it’s 2:35 and still not ready. This has happened several times. There’s only one person working and they had to call their manager.

The smoothies are delicious and healthy, but what stands out is how knowledgeable and courteous the staff is! They were very helpful in selecting the best smoothie for me this morning. Great way to start my day! 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

When my friend and I went into the store we ordered the same smoothie and we received two different smoothies. Not to mention mine, the first picture, was not even close to being filled up to the top and it did not taste like coffee whatsoever while my friends tasted like espresso shots in water lol. We tried each other’s and the consistency was completely different. Just bummed because I paid $10 for this! My friend mentioned that like it was a chemistry lab in there because it seemed like they were just trying to make random drinks. Probably not going back haha
