Hands down the best fast food restaurant team I’ve ever experienced in my life! Visited the restaurant on 7/5 and 7/6 both visits were absolutely fantastic!

I am a frequent customer of St. Louis Bread company/Panera and this was by far, my most disappointing visit to one of the locations. I went in to grab a gift card on Fathers Day because my sister said they were 20% off. When I arrived, there was nobody at the register. The lady by the oven kept calling out to one of the workers who was clearly wiping down tables while on a personal phone call. She called over 3 different times and the worker on the phone continued to ignore her request. After another 5-10 minutes (as the line got progressively longer) I asked if someone could help at the register. Someone finally walked over and acted like he was completely unaware of the gift card promotion. I purchased the gift anyways but will never be returning to this location. I hope my faith can be restored in your cafe st the other locations I frequent.

Nice staff here, but this is the second time they forgot something in my order. Last time, it was the bread bowl. This time, it was the baguette. I’m not going to drive all the way back once I get home and realize it.

First time ordering breakfast sandwich here today. I ate it in my car as soon as i got it, the egg was cold. Not even like warm/not hot, cold. Who wants cold egg? Ew. Like it had been made ahead of time sitting waiting to be used. I put it back in the bag to heat it up in the oven when i got home. I should not have to do that. Never again will i get breakfast here. It was a on whim idea & a wrong one lol Several other times I’ve been here for lunch, There is 1 particular worker who I feel is very rude. She’s always running around, helping put out to go orders when I see her, she never says hi nor even smiles. I had to walk passed her once and she like cut me off in walking. She has been outside smoking a cigarette & when she went back in she went straight back to doing her job. No hand wash? Pros: i encountered nice staff stocking the coffee stuff today. Their coffee is good.
