I have been coming here for my car maintenance and tire service and very satisfied with the customer service. Jorge has been so great in communicating and love how they have this system where they text you to let you know when your car is ready. Thank you for all you do for my car I recommend this shop to anyone who is looking for genuine car care. Love you guys for caring about my safety.

I had my 3:00 pm inspection for my car , unfortunately because of work I was 17 minutes late. I explained my problem to the manager And told him that I was willing to wait if they had more . His response se was no (very rude) I said come on I live in East LA you are the closest to work , give me a chance . His response was a big NO , what kind of customer service is that ?. I think the managers name was Richard. You need a better manager. I don’t recommend this place if they don’t know anything about customer service.

Services here are very efficient and friendly. Jorge helped me reschedule to the next day very quickly and I was able to get my oil change done in less than hour. Also, I like this location because there is a couple of good Korean restaurants (a famous jajangmyeon place) next to it. I would schedule my next oil change here and have lunch next door!

Jorge and his crew took great care of me!! I had TWO flat tires on NYE and was 75 miles from home… I got towed to this shop that was OPEN on New Year’s Day!! Realistic expectations and estimate given and prompt service delivered with a positive attitude… what more could you ask for?! They do more than just tires… if I lived local I would come back for other services. Thank you Jorge, Alfredo and Team!
