Cool place, nice little store, short drive from the East Bay and not far to go from your launch to find the fish. HOWEVER, I parked out of the way, in the gravel and carried my kayak 75 yards to launch from the ramp which took maybe 3 minutes. Yet, I paid the same $13 dollar launch fee as every guy in a 5000 lb. F250 who backed his bass boat and trailer down the ramp and took at least 15 minutes to do it, not to mention the wear and tear on the ramp. Seems a little ridiculous. Not sure I will be back here.

First time here, and found it by accident. Enjoyed cruising around in the boat. Not much to be found at this end of the Delta, but we did enjoy the quiet. Folks at the store very friendly and welcoming. They get 5 stars 😊

On the water you are about 30 minutes away from great places like Orwood and Discovery Bay Yacht Harbor.
We are not on a Lake. Our Launch ramp puts you into the California Delta. The Delta has over 1800 Miles of waterways. Stripped Bass , Sturgeon , Black Bass, Cat Fish are some of the fish in the Delta
I see allot of people fishing near Tracy Oasis....there are bass tourneys there and people will release their catch after the weigh in there
