I underwent a procedure at NPMs on 2/10/22 at their recommendation, successfully. At that time, NPMS demanded and received a $400 check from me citing "applicable to my insurance deductible". I called them on 3/23/22 about a bill I received from them, talking with Yassinia, billing department, and inquired about the $400 I paid them as my annual deductible had been met previously/subsequently. She cited "delays in transcriptions" of my procedure were the cause of my insurance companies not reporting their submittal for the procedure, to ignore the bill and she'd rectify/return the $400 demanded of me on 2/10/22. It's now 6/8/22 and I've heard nothing from my insurance companies of their submittals nor about the $400 they demanded and I paid. FYI...

Worst place EVER!! I had a facet injection and had a very bad reaction. I called and left Dr. Arfai several messages and was told by various staff members that he would return my calls. I never heard back from him so I called again and was told by Debbie that he doesn’t return patients’ phone calls and that he will not be calling me back after all...Unbelievable! They also wrote down the wrong medication that I’m deathly allergic to and I had to correct them AND spell it out for them (literally) while I was in the surgery room!! Way too many mistakes and miscommunication at this facility...I would highly recommend NOT going here!!

I have had very good experiences with Dr Amini and his associates. He has discovered the real problem when my PCP just wanted to do physical others. He's very easy to talk to and very caring.

Does Dr. Rassol need your probllems like other Doctors send you away?? Are you going to say Dr. Rasool flunked on your own body that he tried to help you, or are you going with the best kept secret in life? Dont complain Dr. rassool did not hurt you but will attempt to his best try to give you a better quality of life than yesterday? Ive seen doctor for 30 years, I do not expect 100% i AM 62 NOW AND HAVE BEEN IN 4 ACCIDENTS but i would rather give Rassool a chance then any other think so Dr. giving medicine is not the help but finding the source is. CCMedicines only block today out, but good treatment especially fromn his patience is the answer. dont tak drugs you feel dopey, that is abuse. but take them so you still feel the pain and know it is there, and it is possible to get a good night sleep
