Good job on oil change. Nice to also be informed of other things that are needed like transmission and differentials. Highly recommend you evaluate your key safety policy. Putting my key on the dashboard does not stop me from starting the car. As long as it is in the car all I have to do is push the button on the dash board. You should go back to putting the key in a box kept outside the vehicle. FOR YOUR EMPLOYEES SAFETY.

Oil top off took almost an hour. Staff is really nice and professional however a wait time should be indicated. This is the second time I’ve come and both times they indicated their short staff. If you choice this location just be prepared to wait

The last time I went for an oil change I got a tire rotation. Four minutes into driving my tire pressure light popped up. I notified them and they didn’t take accountability and said it was my fault, when I was just driving home from Valvoline. They also lost my skid plate bolt and blamed me as well when Valvoline is the only place I take my car for oil changes ( mind you my car is a new 2020 Honda Civic) and I have no problems with it other than Valvoline doing a poor job. They also lost a crush washer bolt and my oil was leaking out!!! Be careful with this location they do a poor job and take no accountability or don’t try to fix their mistakes!

Got an oil change and tire Rotation the other day. Told me front runner light was out. Spent about 20 minutes trying to access the housing. Told them to forget about it. While driving last night I realized I had only one light on. So I popped the hood and found my bulb sitting directly on my ECU harness completely charred. Looks like they forgot to put it back in or didn’t seed it properly and just popped off.
