Parking needs to be assigned it's not. They do not tell your neighbor guest to park on the overflow lot. However they wants there tentant that been there for awhile to courteous and stop complaining. When I get home sometime no where to park. I park infront of my door they make threats violations of my lease agreement. They let you have patio no locks on gates is very unsafe because someone can break in through your patio or steal your pets keep outside. They charge $50 to cut patio grass. Best thing is get a discount on your rent pay it in advance.

Had to clean apt when moved in.cleaning people never stayed around to finish. Apt manager takes long to reply. Maintenance guys are great. Never refunded $100 refund per month for paying on time, as per their lease. Landlord came into apt, took fish before could get apt clean and turn keys in.(a matter of hours) .

They do not as far as I know. All the rooms I been in have a living room down stairs with a kitchen. Living room pretty good size and the kitchen is a little small but its still good. Also, a bathroom is down stairs. There is 2 rooms up stairs with a bathroom. The same people that own this woodcreat apartments also own 2 others apartments the one to left is nice looking to. Never been inside. There also another one to right of it. Its looks nice. I've heard thoses are a little smaller but it looks nicer. Hope that helped.
