Went in close to closing time asking about a print order that I had, it wasn't quite ready but the employee said that it would be no problem and would finish it then. I am super appreciative of their dedication and accomodations, I was only checking on when it would be available but they went above and beyond and finished it right then. Print job was exactly what I wanted and was well done!

Another horrible experience at this Office Depot / FedEx drop off location. The mice will play while the cat's away. I confirmed the manager wasn't on duty after waiting for assistance (as usual) to simply drop a FedEx package. Multiple employees, including one sporting a name badge showing his position to be Sales Manager...omg, what? The work ethic of seemingly every employee there is less than impressive. Had to flag down, call out this supposed manager since he walked by me and behind the counter demonstrating complete aloofness and indifference to my waiting as though he hadn't a care in the world as to any responsibility or his reasons for being there. After finally getting some assistance, three separate employees (including aforementioned manager) were unable to login to accept my FedEx drop. Terrible service, terrible everything at this store. The least any of these supposed employees could do is grab the vacuum and actually work for their paycheck. Good for them, this is my last review for this sorry retail establishment. I'll drive miles to a different location to have my next FedEx package sent.

The people here were so helpful and respectful. I had given up finding something that would fit my needs, and the attendant found the perfect item, better than I had imagined. He really listened, stayed calm and the employees were respectful to each other which just makes the day go better.
