As a wedding photographer, this is easily one of my favorite venues in Colorado! The sleek, modern barn has so much natural light and the opportunity to do an indoor ceremony if the weather takes a turn suddenly. The exterior boasts a beautiful lush green mountain forest feel at any time of year! Woodlands is not too far outside Denver, making accommodation much easier although you are still able to be in the Rocky Mountains. The venue owners were wonderful to work with and so professional. I am always excited to get to work with this stellar team at a stunning Colorado mountain venue.

Our wedding at Woodlands was in December 2021 and we had such a great experience! The venue is incredibly gorgeous with breathtaking views! The owners, Stephen and Janelle have done such a great job building a venue that makes all of your fairytale wedding dreams come true! They are also such genuine and kind people. They were always available to answer questions throughout our planning process and helped limit the stresses that naturally come along with planning a wedding. We would HIGHLY recommend booking Woodlands for your wedding!

We had our wedding at the Woodlands on 10/22 and had an amazing experience there! On the day of the wedding, multiple guests asked us how we found such an incredible venue. The views are gorgeous, with classic Colorado evergreens and some more rustic rocky outcroppings that looks great in photos. The Woodlands has an awesome list of suggested vendors, which really helped my peace of mind knowing that they were comfortable and familiar working at the Woodlands. The venue itself is very spacious. We had about 130 guests and there was more than enough room to space out tables and have a great sized dance floor! The classic white barn appearance on the outside makes for a gorgeous backdrop for photos as well. We worked with Janelle most closely as she is so sweet an accommodating, especially during current times making everyone in my family felt comfortable with adherence to covid protocols. I would definitely recommend checking out the Woodlands for your big day!

Our wedding day was absolutely magical, all thanks to Janelle, Stephen, and their beautiful venue. As soon as we walked into the venue, only the second venue we had seen, we immediately knew we wanted our wedding there. Not only is it a magical location, but Janelle and Stephen are the most easygoing, helpful, and amazing people. Whenever we had questions, they would respond so quickly. They are also so calming and made planning for our wedding that much less stressful. Our wedding day was June 26, and it rained, so our ceremony was indoors. It was magical having the ceremony in the barn, with the big open doors and beautiful mountain view framing the alter and the rain coming down behind us. I never had to stress about the unpredictable CO weather because the indoor and outdoor ceremony options are both stunning. Some of our guests spotted a family of deer during our cocktail hour as well. What an incredible place! I could not recommend this venue, and Janelle and Stephen enough. Thank you so much J&S! We are so grateful!
