Visiting my dad for a few days and he lives down the street from this place and every time I visit he takes me. It's fantastic food, great portions, and not too bad price.

It's ok. Service is ok. Texas fries were bad, microwave toasted fries and cheese. Beer was ok should of actually been cold. Maybe itll be better on another trip.

Unfortunately, today was a bummer. We’ve had great experience in the past. Salads were great, beer was good, and server was friendly. Our pizza was completely black on bottom and crusts as well! I was able to eat the topping off one and we asked for the check. Showed the server, who was willing to have it remade, but I wasn’t going to sit for another 1/2 hour! Pizza was taken back to the kitchen with explanation “new staff” but who burns a pizza? Pizza was comped. We will not go back anytime soon.

We visited Crossroads after a morning driving through the mountains. It was pretty busy for inside and outside seating. The good: All three of us noted the burgers were the best we had eaten in a long time. The BBQ Texas burger was well cooked and had tasty sauce and onions. The bacon cheeseburger was solid. We also all enjoyed the fries. They were crispy and tasted homemade. The bad: You should only come here if you have a lot of time. A drink refill takes more than 20 min. There was one girl working tables for the entire restaurant. At the end, we had to go to the bar to pay our bill, as we didn't see the server for more than 20 min after we were all finished. Great food. Please get more staff.
