Have been living here for ~6 months now. Love the location, amenities are great and employees have been super helpful. We had a small issue with our fire alarm beeping and made a service request. Someone came in that day and the issue was fixed! I have really enjoyed living here so far.

Pros: dog friendly. Very dog friendly, park, no carpeting, “clean up” stations and close to the Flatirons. Maintenance is really fast during the week although they are gone during the weekend. It’s a very safe place to live and I feel like you can walk around outside it and you’ll be fine. The hot tub is open all year around. There’s an excellent work out room that’s open 24 seven that’s nice clean and new. You’re close to the grocery stores, coffee shops, veterinarians, pharmacies, restaurants, hairstylist, library etc. The Flatirons are about 5 mins away, so you can go for a hike with your pup easily. Cons: obviously the price. Utilities not included. While not horriable for Boulder, it’s still up there. There’s no storage. So if you have a broom or anything like that, too bad you’re gonna have to stick it in with your washer and dryer. There never seems to be enough recycling bins and a few compost things as well. Overall, it’s not a bad place just pricey, but it’s Boulder.

We’ve been here for a year. We love the neighbors, and the excellent staff. Everyone is super friendly and they all love animals. The trails are accessible. You can walk to the shops and restaurants across the street.

While conveniently located( the only thing good about this place). Small cheaply built apartments that are way overpriced. A lackluster management staff that constantly changes(I lost count of how many management changes over three years). New tenants beware!! Your security deposit will be gone and additional charges levied when you move out! No allowance for normal wear and tear given. Additionally, any “repairs, etc) they find—and they will find them—will be excessively charged above and beyond actual cost to repair.
