I am so happy that Neptune's is now under different ownership and new staff that are knowledgeable and professional. Alexander made my bad experience from the previous boot fitter last year, better by fitting me appropriately with the correct ski boot. He knows how to fit boots well and treat clients professionally.

The staff here has organized an incredible clothing drive for victims of the Marshall Fire. They have been asking the brands they work with to donate winter jackets, shoes, warm socks, etc., and have also been accepting donations from regular folks like me. The turnout has been amazing, and every day I see families in there picking up donated clothing. They have committed their staff to managing this drive, which I’m sure is costing them a lot of money. But their charity has not gone unnoticed! And it’s amazing to see a local store rise to the occasion. Suffice it to say I will be going out of my way to shop here in the future :)
