Extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly staff in the parts and service departments. Lost a couple screws on my engine splash shield on the way to Silverthorne from Denver so it was close to dragging, they had the parts in stock and got it reattached for me the next day on short notice. Shout out to Gabe, DJ, and Cristian for the great work, best Ford dealership experience I've had since owning the vehicle!

My pickup broke down while on vacation. I stopped in and spoke to Gabriel in service who was able to squeeze me in same day, they had the parts in-stock. They fixed my pickup and got us back on the road in just a few hours! Great customer service all around. I also spoke with Henry and checked out a used vehicle while there who was very helpful! Thanks Summit Ford, you've got a great staff!!

Summit Ford's service department is a top notch operation. The team (Kelly) was able to get my 4Runner into the shop on the same day. I worked with Gabe at the service desk who helped diagnose my issue and provide a speedy resolution. The technician, Bert, that worked on my truck talked me through the steps taken to resolve the issue and make sure all of my questions were answered. The whole experience was positive. If you are looking for a shop that puts the customer first and is super transparent, I would give this operation an opportunity to earn your business.

Trish M. was extremely helpful throughout the whole process of getting my new vehicle and she accommodated any needs that I had to make the process go smoothly. Trish is very knowledgeable, friendly, and a well rounded individual who cares for their clients. Trish went above and beyond in helping me.
