What a horribly run Starbucks. Most aren’t great, but this one is next level bad. They seem to just open and close whenever they mood hits them. Can’t ever tell when they’ll be open. You just have to show up and hope for the best. Which means I’ll just no ever go again.

Love the flags out front. Great atmosphere inside and out. Coffee was bitter, (update, i saw in my app order history that only 4 syrups were added to a Venti, which is why it wasn't sweet) even with the syrups in it but the most disappointing part was I saved my egg bites to eat later and when I carried them to my destination they fell out of the bag that did not have a good seal at the bottom. So I wasted $ & went hungry for 2 more hours. Not the stores fault but very disappointing. Might want to check the bags. 😔 Update: I'm emailing customer service because they are usually pretty good about making it right.

My review is only based on the fact that their indoor lobby was closed due to being short staffed. Please either pay employees more so you aren't short staffed or at the very least put a bottle of disinfect and some paper towels with a sign asking customers to bus their own table.

My drink order has always been made correct here! But the staff is not friendly. And I have been here on many occasions over the years. There's very little seating inside with Covid going on right now. Tables are not being wiped down between customers so if your concern you should bring your own wipes and clean before you sit down.
