I went to Manhattan Beach Toyota dealership yesterday due to my low tire pressure light came on while I was in the area. I had a nail in my tire, and they refused to fix or replace my tire although they had one in stock, due to me not having my original receipt, although it clearly stated in their system the date I purchased the tires from a different Toyota dealership. They were of no help, offered to put my spare on and placed my tire in my backseat. How unprofessional is that. I was so disgusted with the whole situation and their unprofessionalism that I had to make a review. I called the dealership where I purchased my tires from this morning in Ohio, and they stated you do not have to have the original receipt in order to replace the tire, since it was covered under warranty and showed that the tire was in fact purchased from Toyota. This experience was unacceptable, and could have been completely avoided, if someone wanted to do their job. I do not recommend the service department at Manhattan Beach Toyota.

The service I received at this Toyota of Manhattan Beach was second to none!! Micah was amazing and super friendly. He made everything quick and easy to understand. I would 100% go back again if I needed a car!!! Carol was superb as well, a gem of an individual. I wish I could hire these two to work for my team, great employees who understand people.

I was in the market of looking for a car for 2 months now. Adrian's service was outstanding compared to my interaction with other dealers. Car prices are on their extreme highs nowadays, but Adrian was still able to give me a great deal with my purchase. I am so excited driving my brand new car, and I would definitely recommend everyone to check out this Toyota Dealership. Everyone was very helpful, not only Adrian, but I am glad Adrian was able to assist me with everything. He was very transparent, concise, and clear with all of the information he gave me. Also, one thing was that I signed an all weather floor mats before the car got shipped on their lot. The day I claimed my car and signed all their paperwork, their system indicates that I only had the mat. I showed them the paperwork that I initially signed and they provided me with the all weather mat. Great service from this location and would definitely recommend!

Adrian was a very knowledgeable, patient, and trust worthy salesman. Each question and doubt I had, Adrian put them to ease and reassured me that I was buying a safe and reliable vehicle. I was indecisive when it came to the type of car I wanted. We reviewed the MPG, the space in both types of cars, and also the features that were included to determine what was a better fit. Adrian helped me realize that a Camry was a better fit for my family and I. Not to mention, the color on my Camry is gorgeous and was an added item on my “pro list” for team Camry. He constantly kept me up to date on the shipment of my car and once it was ready he made the process quick and simple. It’s rare to find a car salesman that you trust, and for that reason, I will definitely refer people to Adrian!
