I manage a 109 space mobile home park in Santa Rosa. Alan and his team come once per year to trim all of the trees. They always do an excellent job and never leave a mess. Alan is very knowledgeable about all things 'trees" and will not be shy about giving suggestions. I completely trust his judgement. His prices are always very competitive as well. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for tree work.

We love working with Alan and his team. Alan is a true professional who not only stops by to discuss and bid the work but consults and advises. He really does CARE for our trees. He’s not interested in just cutting down trees, but applying his arborist expertise to do what’s best and necessary. They have a lot of equipment and can take on projects that require getting up high in the air They will also bring you free arbor mulch as long as you can use a full truckload. Zeke working in the office responds to emails and phone calls promptly. Great service, great people.

Alan and his staff have earned my trust in caring for all our trees including heritage trees and new trees. Alan asks questions (doesn’t lecture) and tells what he sees. He understands what work to do as priority and the work that can wait. The office staff is superb. The actual workers doing the work are polite and they ask before leaving if everything is ok.

Alan was great to work with. I had a tree removed and my neighbor did one the same day on his property. Alan came to other properties and spent time reviewing the process each tree would require. His communication style is friendly yet professional. By the time he handed me the estimate I felt very comfortable. We got several estimates and Alan’s was competitive and fair for the scope of the job. And we were able to schedule the cutting the same week. Another company, without even hearing what the job was. flat out said they wouldn’t get to the tree for 6 months. This was not acceptable as one 80foot plus tree was dead and leaning towards my bedroom. Alan and his crew were on it. I was amazed at his workers skills and how helpful and polite they were. It was a two day job and they worked from 8am until 4pm the first day and again at 8 until fished the following day. Each day they cleaned up and swept my driveway. I wanted wood chips from my neighbors tree so they delivered, unloaded and even helped me put them where I needed them. This was so amazing as my back was not working well so the option I would have had was to dump them in my drive and hire someone to move later. My yard is clean. Alan’s integrity also impressed me. Good company!
