We went there at 10:45AM. Thursday August 4th just after the lunch switch. We ordered extra Sweet and Sour didn’t get it but the guy at the second window said “You can only get the extra Sweet and Sour if you’re going to pay for it.” Then we payed the extra 1.29 not at all a big deal we knew we had to pay for it. Then I realized we didn’t get two medium fries. So we told them. The manager i’m guessing late 50s lady came to the window with an attitude said “Where’s the bag.” We showed the bag and she stormed off. If a 50 year old will treat a 16 year old and a 14 year old with that much disrespect it’s sad.

I got two sausage McGriddles and when I opened both of them neither had any sausage and one of them was a biscuit

This location has gone downhill in the past couple years. Edit: Tried again on the first of July, Ordered a Quarter Pounder. Top burger was cooked bottom burger was completely raw. I mean I like a little pink, but the was completely raw. Nasty.

We've visited this location, both on our way to St. Louis and on the way back, on 2 different trips. I must say, this McDonald's is super clean and efficient. They've gone to a more automated route with the kiosks, which doesn't bother me too much. At least you don't have to deal with an employee that acts as if you're being an imposition. Today, our food was hot and fresh. We ordered breakfast and coffee. The lattes were sweeter than most. But, it's McDonald's and while they're trying to do coffee drinks they're not always the best. I also consider where I'm at and don't have a high standard for McDonald's coffee.
