There was a young girl(manager) entertaining young teenage boys, while customers were waiting and trying to order. She wasn't too bad, but could have cut some of the giggling and talking out to focus on service. She was nice and got me exactly what I needed, when they were done.

I'm talking bout the Charlestown Rd in new Albany. They are a very busy store. Esp when and if they get understaffed. Even still considering that in there. They still do good. Just be patient. I've had great service there.

The food is good...it's Little Caesar's so you get what you pay for. With that being said...I've been going to this location for 6 years and I know the young kids that work there and have gotten to be on a friendly level with them. They already know what I want to order and will ask if I want cookies for the kids today etc. The only draw back is it can be quite busy sometimes so the wait can be long. Try the pretzel crust!
