I stayed here for three years and we always had a problem with getting people to come out to fix things like the ac, water heater and even the sink. Our apartment was flooding because the guy they sent removed our garbage disposal and didn’t reconnect the dishwasher. We called to get this fixed (btw it’s Friday night at this point) and they said they would send someone out on Monday. Even though we actively had a lake forming in the kitchen and going under the carpet in the living room. We just called a plumber instead. Now this would be fine if this happened only once but this happened twice with the flooding. Same response because it was Friday night again. Worst place ever. It’s next to Walmart though so that’s cool. One star just for that.

I wish I could leave zero stars. You can NEVER get anyone to answer the phone. I haven’t spoken with any staff from my office since I moved in 8 months ago. They are VERY rude and unprofessional. Maintenance is nonexistent. I’ve had to pay for and fix my A/C, bathtub drain, sink drain, toilet, and kitchen sink. It’s been a terrible experience living here and I can’t wait for my lease to be up.

Went here to check out an apartment. It was ok. Rent was reasonable. Staff not very friendly. Property could be taken care of better
