Breakfast - 9/10 Friendliness - 10/10 Cleanliness - 2/10 The staff (front desk) were very friendly and the breakfast was great! However, our bed had hair all over the sheets and the 1st floor hallway had dirt and crumbs all over the carpet for 2 days straight and the floor in our room hadn't been swept either. When you pay $400 it's normal to expect a clean environment. Unfortunately, this wasn't the case for our first time staying here. Just something to work on! Great staff though.

Breakfast was ok, rooms weren't anything special but theyre clean and plenty of space. Microwave and mini fridge included, comfortable beds and respectful staff

We discovered multiple bedbugs in the room the morning after we had stayed one of the two nights we booked. We were offered another room which was pretty close to the original room we were staying in. We decided to leave early. We were told no refund could be issued without manager approval. We were told the manager would call us on the following Monday to discuss a refund. We did not hear from the manager nor any from the hotel or Hilton. By Tuesday evening, we called the hotel in which we were told that no refund had been issued nor any notes on the stay that mentioned an refund due to bedbugs. This completely ruined our trip to see our family. We have stayed at this hotel multiple times in the past 10 years and now we do not feel comfortable staying there. We will not be returning to this hotel not only because of the infestation but because of how it was poorly handled.

Pitiful, no hot water (you wouldn’t bathe an infant in it), house keeping knocking on the door at 8:30 am, no complimentary bottle water. Had a perfect stay the night before in the same hotel an hour and a half east. Btw the water wasn’t just a morning thing it was that way that night. Comfortable though. After speaking with front desk, they knocked off 40.00.
