Great place to make memories with friends and family. We love to come out to get away for a weekend. There is a lot of fun things to do and Patoka Lake is right down the road which is nice. There is a winery across the street as well as a BBQ pub!

Been going here for a decade or more. It has its positives and negatives. Always something fun going on like chili cook-off, bingo, swimming, or just being a lot lizard on the golf cart. Also has issues like lack of Wi-Fi signal if you aren't near the park/pool, drainage issues during heavy rain, and people letting kids too young to drive troll around on golf carts. It's something to do. Basically a middle class trailer park

The water is off in the winter, but the water at the shower house is on year round. You can also put a fresh water tank on your lot to get you through the winter.
There is free WiFi at clubhouse or you can have internet installed at your lot.
You have to buy a lot. It depends on what you buy. All utilities are available just like a regular home. Water/sewer included in park dues. Animals allowed as long as you supervise them obviously. Heat and air depend on the lot you purchase but likely all of them have heat and air.
