Its not really a one stop for all listed. For example, the training part of board training is not done by somebody employed by the business. The trainer is on their own time and responds when they see fit. This is a problem because one should be able to walk in and pay business for everything advertised, such as the board training and get a schedule to get started. I was not able to do that and wasted drive, calls, and time trying to get them to come up with a board training price and schedule. It seems, if one pays for board training and the trainer goes abscent or doesnt answer, its a convenient loophole they can blame each other without accountability to customer. However, I got the tour and the people working in the back are great. You can tell the dogs are cared for greatly and they all looked very happy and content.

From out of state and my dog needed grooming. Was able to get her in within 48 hrs. Staff very friendly and helpful. They also have other amenities

Took our puppy into Jagger’s for her first groom ever! They were so nice and welcoming, and helped make my nervous puppy feel more comfortable. We will definitely be coming back!
