The staff is super friendly. I have taken some classes in 2017/2018 such as Excel and Spanish. Now I have decided to change careers so I found that my best option would be to sign for the Accounting online program at Liberty Adult Education. I have found the teachers very knowledgeable and the staff very helpful. I was able to take care of the registration and payment over the phone. I was worried about the online classes but honestly I am very pleased with their support and methodology even though it is a self passed program they always took the time to explain my questions in a very easy manner. Just very good staff in general!

The lady on the phone is really rude. I called to ask a question i said "hi, good afternoon, i have a question..." before i even finish what i was about to say she was whispering words so i have to stop and get her attention again. I repeated what i said and "... i have a question, i was wondering if you guys have this program/course offered..." and her response was a long pause and then eventually said no. I can't describe the tone of her voice and the attitude that comes with it, but she has issues and should not be answering phone calls.
