Always good experiences here. There’s usually a line but it goes fast and they’re all great folks. Never a dull moment!!

Went to fill up my tank, but the pump sensor was malfunctioning, causing additional gas to spill on the ground and on my vehicle, which I also paid for (and I was watching the fill up the whole time). I'm suspicious of their claims in regards to "advanced pump technology" they utilize.

They should have their pumps set up to work after hours for credit card customers and text pay . Pulled in one night cause pumps are lit up and didn't work after it let me put in a text code . I wasn't the only one there .Several customers was there . This could increase their sales .

Curious experience as an employee! Curious why people are treated as cattle that are disposable. Curious why people with a religious inclination are told not to speak about it; when the customer brings it up. Curious why when a person states in the initial interview and application that they can work everyday except one; that is the day you get scheduled? Again, there are 'still' people who have a strong conviction. Does this mean we have to resign to keep the job? Curious when every customer you have at all stores with more than a couple gas pumps can't seem to locate where they are. No one ever has much of a clue where they were at pump wise; is there no way to get say a florescent set of pump #'s so they can be visible to the patron? This is not an overload in cost to your stores to get a pump number sticker that is clearer. Psychology courses will tell you the colors that will trigger a persons mind into remembrance. This issue leads to mad/embarrassed customers; employees who are made to pay the price management wise for the mistakes by being belittled for 'not knowing what's going on.' All does not lead to a cohesive team that is not full of tension and continually for fear of retribution; hour wise the next week or just mental stress. I totally understand this is a busy establishment and it can get stressful dealing with the amount of people you serve. More stressors from management does not help at all. The complaints can be classified as 'minor.' I.e., fingerprints on a window... this shouldn't lead to a two day diatribe about how the store was let down. When you have too much pressure put on people to perform when they are doing basically all the can to deal with clients.... what's a person to do? It's hard on all ends but if you are to keep any kind of stability in your employees; constant shall I say 'commentary' on mistakes is not the way to get it done. Maybe too much is being put on your store managers to perform? I don't know but at this point I have to vent this which will likely lead to my demise. THE Pump Numbers would be of a GREAT help to your employees. I've passed this along several times as well as customers have; NO action. Can't be that hard! Thanks for reading and sorry for the truth being hard to read and convey...
