Lovely wooded area, I've enjoyed living here! The location is great with nice surrounding woods and trails to walk the dog - if you like nature you will enjoy the apartments here. The property grounds are well maintained and clean. The office staff is always very friendly and helpful. The maintenance team is hard working making sure the grounds look good and has always been quick to fix any maintenance issues I've submitted!

I lived at Bradford ridge for over a year. The property manager Jessica was so helpful and easy to work with. We had an issue with our fridge over the weekend and it was no big deal maintenance took care of the issue within less then 24 hours. I always felt safe in my community and loved that the laundry was on site. We didn't even have to leave our hallway so it wasn't an issue when it started getting cold out. I highly recommend Bradford ridge. Great community and great layout for a 2 bedroom. We only moved because we had to move out of state. The move out process was super easy as well and move out fees were very reasonable.

This is my 3rd year here in a 3 BR unit overlooking the woods. It is very beautiful, quiet, and peaceful. There are no hidden fees. Everything is spelled out in the lease agreement. We are encouraged to make our porches and yards beautiful. The property is safe, clean, and well maintained. My normal maintenance requests have been addressed in a timely manner. The woods and walking paths are a real joy, for us and our dogs. Until COVID-19 shut us all down, we had fun parties and get togethers in our clubhouse. Our management team is excellent. Buckingham is one of the best management companies in my rental experience over many years and several states. All areas have at least soft drug issues; the real standard of quality is how quickly they are dealt with and resolved.
