My husband and I went in to buy a birthday present for my cousin. We told the owner and the other gentlemen what we were looking for and they showed us a variety of things. They showed us the glycerin glass bowl the Cryo. We told them again we wanted for a birthday present they said it was a great gift etc. While we were there he showed us other things and we bought over $100 in products. I wrapped the present and gave it to my cousin when he opened the wrapper we all noticed the bowl was leaking so we put it to the side to go return it or get an exchange for something else. When we spoke to the owner he said there was nothing he could do. I understand not getting my money back but not even an exchange for something else when the product was faulty doesn’t seem fair to me. The box wasn’t opened and you could tell it wasn’t mismanaged.
