Second visit in the last two weeks, different theatres both times. Temperature was uncomfortably warm both times. Management comped me the tickets for the experience the first time which was appreciated. They’re either being cheap or have serious HVAC issues. Will probably try AMC on North Prospect in the future.

I'm glad we are all back to going to the theater to see a movie. It's nice going out and sitting amongst other humans, relaxing and seeing a movie on the big screen. This place is always clean . Lots of food choices along with wine and beer. Easy to get to in a good area with lots of parking.

I have been going to midnight premiers here for years. Tonight was my first truly poor experience. I normally try not to let other patrons bother me, but tonight was different. I decided to speak with the MOD who was incredibly kind and understanding. He made me feel understood and took genuine concern with the issues I raised. For that reason I will continue to come to this theater. Thank you for your kindness when my party was having such a frustrating time!

Always clean and not too crowded, easy to order online and pick up tickets, and I’ve always had excellent customer service interactions— they were very helpful the one time their site didn’t work for me and are happy to give out complimentary passes for things that aren’t really their fault. Great theater!
